Before requesting a refund, please ensure you've given Neuro Brain sufficient time to work for you. We recommend all customers use Neuro Brain for at least three months to fully experience the optimal results. If you still wish to proceed with a refund, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1 - Verify Refund Eligibility

You have sixty (60) days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.

Step 2 - Return All Bottles

To receive a full refund, all bottles from the order you wish to be refunded, whether empty, full, or partially full, must be returned to our fulfillment center within sixty (60) days of the purchase date.
